Are you looking for a role that is predominantly evening and weekends and provides the opportunity to experience working for a Domestic Abuse charity. Refuge Facilities Workers are a very important part of the refuge team, they are hands on taking responsibility for health and safety checks, risk assessments and ensuring the building is safe for its residents. But they also play an important role in ensuring residents feel safe and supported out of hours, so listening skills are also very important and experience of having worked in supportive roles is also very useful. We regularly recruit to Refuge Facilities roles as this for many is the entry route to the organisation and people often progress in to supporting roles within WMWA.

Please ensure you have read the job description and person specification before applying.
